nKey Responsibilities

Define end-to-end architecture for ServiceNow TSM/TSOM implementations.n
Lead discovery workshops, requirement analysis, solution blueprinting, and architecture design.n
Design solutions for Service Order Management, Service Fulfillment, Service Assurance, Service Inventory,n

nResource Inventory, and Network Service Lifecycle.
n
n
Design telecom-specific solutions for Fiber, Mobile, Enterprise Connectivity, SD-WAN and Broadband services.n
Define integrations with OSS, BSS, CRM, ERP, Inventory, Activation, Monitoring and Network Management Systems.n
Architect REST/SOAP, API-led, middleware and event-based integrations.n




Establish ServiceNow architecture standards, governance, reusable design patterns, and platform roadmap.n
Conduct architecture reviews, solution assessments, and provide technical guidance to development teams.n
Work with business stakeholders, enterprise architects, product owners and telecom operations teams.n
Support RFP/RFI, solution estimation and technical proposals.n
Mentor senior developers and technical leads.n
