Handle resident queries, concerns, and escalations with professionalism and efficiency.n

Ensure the property consistently meets high standards of cleanliness, upkeep, and presentation.n
Coordinate with relevant teams to maintain service quality and resident satisfaction.n

nRevenue & Occupancy Focus

Support occupancy growth through retention, relationship management, and upselling initiatives.n
Contribute to revenue targets through resident engagement and service excellence.n





nFinancial Accountability

Monitor cost efficiency and support profitability goals at the property level.n

Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.n

nMandatory Eligibility Criteria
nEducational Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management / Hospitality Management (IHM graduates preferred)n

nExperience:

Minimum 2+ years of experience in a five-star hoteln
Exposure to guest relations, front office, or luxury hospitality service rolesn
