nRole Overview
nWe are looking for a result-oriented Business Development Executive to handle company-generated leads and convert potential customers into confirmed event bookings. The candidate will be responsible for understanding client requirements, presenting suitable event packages, following up with prospects, negotiating and closing deals.
nKey Responsibilities

Handle and respond to leads provided by the company.n
Understand client requirements for weddings, corporate events, parties and other occasions.n
Contact leads through calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.n
Present relevant Event Planet packages and solutions to clients.n
Conduct regular follow-ups and maintain the sales pipeline.n
Convert qualified leads into confirmed bookings/revenue.n




Prepare quotations and coordinate pricing/package discussions.n
Negotiate with clients and close deals within approved commercial terms.n
Maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales process.n
Coordinate with the relevant internal/vendor teams after deal closure.n
Update lead status, follow-ups and conversions in CRM/Google Sheets.n
Achieve assigned monthly sales and conversion targets.n
