Minimum 7+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud HCM.n
Positive knowledge in Oracle Fusion Payroll(US) Modulen
Hands on experience with creating Quick Formulas across all the key modules, Fusion Reporting tools like BIP, OTBI.n
Hands on experience with HCM Data Loader (HDL) – HCM. Able to do technical validation before loading the data based on the data object definition.n
Basic understanding of Core HCM - Person Management, Assignment, Talent Profiles, Workforce structures, Compensation etc.n
