What You'll Be Part Of
As an Immigration Specialist,



you will be an individual contributor within HARMAN's Global Mobility and HR Operations team, supporting employment-based immigration programs across the United States.
You will partner closely with employees, managers, HR teams, Finance stakeholders, and external immigration counsel to facilitate visa and permanent residency processes.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing complex casework, ensuring compliance, delivering exceptional employee support, and driving operational excellence in a quick-paced setting.

How You'll Make An Impact
Coordinate employment-based immigration cases, including H-1B, L-1A, L-1B, O-1, TN, H-4, and U.S. permanent residency processes, by partnering closely with external immigration counsel and internal stakeholders.
Support H-1B cap registrations, extensions, amendments, transfers, and related filings by collecting documentation, validating information, and ensuring timely case pr
