Accounts Receivable Specialist – EV Dynacord Burnsville (Hybrid/Remote)
Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Accounts Receivable Specialist to support accounts receivable operations, contribute to risk management efforts, and help optimize cash flow across a multi-segmented, high-mix/low-volume business. This role is responsible for performing timely collections, supporting aging performance, collaborating with Sales and Operations,
and assisting with regional AR activities, including coordination with third-party service providers as needed.
The ideal candidate combines robust analytical skills with hands-on problem-solving experience, attention to detail, process improvement capabilities, and the ability to work effectively in a complex, contract-driven environment with diverse customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Accounts Receivable Management
Manage an assigned portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring timely collection of outstanding invoices and reducing past-due balances.
Review aging reports, identify collection priorities, and follow established collection strategies.
Support initiatives to improve Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and optimize working capital.
Perform account reconciliations and resolve billing discrepancies in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
