Vice President, Full-Stack Engineer
We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Full-Stack Engineer to join our Corporate Staff team. This role is located in Pune.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable and high-performance applications using Java-based technologies
Build responsive and user-friendly front-end applications using Angular
Develop and support event-driven and messaging-based solutions using Kafka
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, architects, QA, and business stakeholders
Participate in solution design, code reviews, debugging, performance tuning, and production support
Leverage AI-assisted tools to improve developer productivity, code quality, documentation, and engineering workflows
Ensure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and best practices
Contribute to technical discussions, mentor junior developers, and support knowledge sharing within the team




Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders on project progress, risks, and solutions
Self-driven and proactive
Strong team player with ownership mindset
Comfortable working in quick-paced agile environments
Able to balance technical depth with effective stakeholder communication

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
We are seeking a hands-on Developer with 8 - 10 years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in Java-related technologies, Angular, and Kafka, along with exposure to AI-assisted development tools and excellent communication skills.
5+ years of hands-on experience in software development
Solid proficiency in Java / J2EE, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices
Good experience in Angular for up-to-date UI development
Strong knowledge of Kafka and event-driven ar
