Job Description

The Technical Lead will be responsible for

Responsibilities
Determining project requirements and developing work schedules for the team.
Do code review, approve CICD builds
Review back end design, swagger documentation, db design, LLD, HLD
Delegating tasks and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
Liaising with team members, management, and clients to ensure projects are completed to standard.
Identifying risks and forming contingency plans as soon as possible.
Analyzing existing operations and scheduling training sessions and meetings to discuss improvements.
Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
Updating work schedules and performing troubleshooting as required.
Inspiring staff and creating a space where they can ask questions and voice their concerns.
Being transparent with the team about challenges, failures, and successes.
Writing progress reports and delivering presentations to the relevant stakeholders.

Skills Required:




Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
Must have experience in any one of the following technologies Mern/ Mean, Java, Android or iOS
Sound in Database : MYSQL, Mongo & other No-SQL database
Knowledge in microservices implementation, AWS, dockers & Kubernetes
Experience in pull request, code revival, approve builds
Experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills.
Solid leadership and organizational abilities.
Willingness to build qualified relationships with staff and clients.
Excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills
Should have relevant project manager experience of more than 3 years and the overall experience should be more than 8 years.
Review associates performance at regular intervals and ensure productivity & quality targets are met.
