Job Description

Supervise and coordinate construction workers and subcontractors

Ensure work is carried out according to drawings and specifications

Monitor daily site progress and report to project managers

Maintain safety standards and enforce site regulations

Manage site resources (labor, materials, equipment)

Resolve in office issues and delays

Candidate Profile
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Solid working knowledge of MS Excel, project tools (MS Project, Asana, etc.)
Positive understanding of budget tracking and basic financial coordination
High ownership with minimal supervision
