Monitor performance and resource utilizationn
Manage HA, DRS, vMotionn
Perform migrations, snapshots, cloningn
Troubleshoot VMware issuesn
Patch and upgrade infrastructuren
Manage Windows Server 2012/2016/2019/2022n
Administer Active Directory,



DNS, DHCP, GPOn
Handle patching and security updatesn
Monitor server performancen
Troubleshoot OS issuesn
Provide L2/L3 supportn
Handle incidents and escalationsn
Perform RCAn
Ensure SLA compliancen
Manage backup tools (Veeam, Commvault)n
