System Configuration & Maintenance: Configure, upgrade, patch, and manage OpenText Content Server (OTCS) and OpenText Directory Services (OTDS).n
Custom Development: Design and customize complex workflows, forms, and system solutions.n
API Integration: Integrate OpenText applications with external enterprise systems using REST and SOAP APIs.n
Troubleshooting: Handle software infrastructure incident management and resolve complex technical support issues.n

nCore Requirements & Skills

Experience: Generally 3 to 5+ years of hands-on experience in OpenText administration or development.n
Technical Stack: Robust proficiency in Java, XML, SQL databases, and web services (REST/SOAP).n
Platform Knowledge: Familiarity with OpenText products including Content Server, Archive Server, and xECM.n
Soft Skills: Robust analytical, problem-solving, and English communication skillsn
