Reports To: Head of Crew Scheduling (Day-of-Operations)

Job Purpose
The Associate – Crew Scheduling is responsible for preparing, monitoring, and managing crew rosters to support protected and productive flight operations. The role ensures compliance with DGCA Flight Duty Time Limitations (FDTL), company policies, and operational requirements while coordinating with multiple stakeholders to address day-of-operation disruptions.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare, update, and monitor crew rosters in line with operational requirements.
Manage roster changes arising from sickness, disruptions, training requirements, and operational contingencies.
Ensure compliance with DGCA FDTL regulations, rest requirements, and company policies.
Monitor crew availability, duty periods, and regulatory limitations.
Coordinate with IOCC, Flight Dispatch, Travel Desk, Training, and Crew Bases for crew movements and operational requirements.
Support day-of-operations activities to minimize disruption impact and maintain schedule integrity.
Maintain and update crew scheduling data within crew management systems.
Generate and maintain operational reports related to crew utilization and scheduling.
Respond to crew roster queries and communicate schedule changes in a timely manner.
Ensure accurate record keeping and adherence to established processes and procedures.
Qualifications & Experience
Graduate in any discipline.
Knowledge of DGCA CAR and FDTL regulations.
Knowledge of crew rostering and scheduling processes.
Proficiency in CAE Crew Management System and MS Office applications.
Experience in airline operations, crew scheduling, crewing, or related functions preferred.
