Job Description
The Sales Commission Operations team is looking for an experienced manager to lead a team of analysts in India supporting global commission processes. This role combines team leadership, operational ownership, and analytical partnership, with a focus on delivering scalable, high-quality support and actionable insights to our global sales organization.

As a Manager, you will oversee a team of analysts, manage shared services support operations, and partner with stakeholders to improve compensation plans, reporting, and operational effectiveness.

What You’ll Do
Team Leadership & Development
Lead, coach, and develop a team of analysts, fostering a culture of accountability, inclusion, and continuous learning
Set transparent priorities, performance expectations, and development plans aligned with organizational goals
Drive team effectiveness through robust planning, workload management, and explicit communication
Serve as an escalation point for complex operational and stakeholder issues

Commission Operations Ownership




Oversee end-to-end commission processes, including calculations, validations, audits, and accrual reporting
Ensure timely and accurate coordination with Payroll and Accounting across monthly and quarterly cycles
Establish and maintain strong operational controls and governance frameworks
Review and approve outputs to ensure high standards of accuracy and compliance

Shared Services Support Operations
Lead shared services case management operations, ensuring timely and high-quality resolution of commission-related inquiries
Establish and monitor SLAs and service quality standards across global support requests
Analyze trends in inquiries and implement scalable solutions to improve efficiency and user experience
Partner with global stakeholders to continuously enhance support processes, documentation, and knowledge sharing
