Role Overview
You will be the voice of the user and the steward of product-market fit at Vibecoderz. This isn’t a traditional roadmap role — this is category invention.
As CPO, you’ll sit at the intersection of users, technology, marketing, and culture. You’ll decode developer workflows, understand the competitive landscape, and set the direction for Vibecoderz as the default home for AI-native, experiential learning.
You’ll balance user empathy, technical depth, and market foresight. You’ll lead discovery, analytics, design, and product strategy — ensuring every release moves the needle toward mass adoption, solid retention, and market leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Vision
Define Vibecoderz’ long-term product vision around Superficient Learning.
Balance immediate growth (activation, retention) with long-term differentiation.
User Empathy & Market Research
Lead continuous discovery with developers, students, and CTOs.
Conduct competitor analysis across Notion, Replit, GitHub Copilot, and AI learning platforms.
Roadmap Ownership




Translate user needs, market insights, and tech constraints into a winning roadmap.
Prioritize ruthlessly using data + intuition.
Cross-Functional Leadership
Partner with CTO (tech), CMO (growth), and Chief People (culture) to align org priorities.
Drive execution rhythms with PMs, designers, and engineers.
User Experience & Design
Obsess over flow, friction, and latency.
Push for a product experience as smooth as Linear, as modular as Notion, and as magical as V0.
Data & Analytics
Define and track core KPIs: activation, DAU/MAU, retention, engagement loops.
Implement analytics stacks (Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA4) with event-based instrumentation.
Go-to-Market Alignment
Work with CMO to ensure product features map to growth campaigns.
Use community insights (Discord, social) to close product feedback loops.
Experimentation & Innovation
Run rapid experiments: feature flags, A/B t
