Job DescriptionAbout the Role
nWe are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Art Designer to join our advertising team. The ideal candidate should have a strong visual sense, a passion for design, and the ability to translate brand requirements into compelling creative assets across print and digital platforms.
nKey Responsibilities

Assist the Creative Director and Senior Designers in developing creative concepts and campaign designs.n
Create artwork for print advertisements, brochures, leaflets, posters, packaging, point-of-sale materials, and digital median
Adapt existing campaign creatives into multiple formats and sizes as per media requirementsn
Ensure all designs are aligned with brand guidelines and communication objectivesn
Coordinate with copywriters, client servicing teams, and production vendors to execute creative projectsn
Prepare final artwork files for print and digital productionn




Make revisions based on internal and client feedback within specified timelinesn
Stay updated on design trends, tools, and industry best practicesn

nRequirements

n
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Applied Arts, Visual Communication, or a related fieldn
1–3 years of experience in an advertising agency, design studio, or creative settingn
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)n
Robust understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchyn
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlinesn
Valuable communication and teamwork skillsn
Experience in FMCG or consumer brand advertising will be an added advantage.n
