About the Role
We are looking for a Business Development Executive to support our global revenue function. This role is ideal for individuals who are keen to build a solid foundation in B2B sales, client acquisition, and revenue growth.
As a Business Development Executive, you will work closely with senior team members to identify business prospects, engage with global prospects, and support the end-to-end sales cycle. This role offers hands-on exposure to international markets and B2B sales processes.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales




Identify and research potential clients across international markets (North America, EMEA, APAC)
Generate leads through outbound outreach (email, LinkedIn, cold calling) and inbound channels
Qualify prospects by understanding their business needs and aligning them with SOUKMEDIA's offerings
Support in building and managing a robust sales pipeline
Assist in preparing proposals, sales decks, and client presentations
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment on solutions and proposals
Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and pipeline updates in CRM tools
Track key sales metrics such as outreach, conversions, and revenue contribution
Support the closure process including follow-ups, negotiations, and documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Economics, or a related field
0–1 years of experience or relevant
