I’m looking for a Video Editor to work closely with me on content for Instagram and YouTube.

The page focuses on emotional well-being, simplifying life, intentional living, decluttering, relationships, and everyday conversations that make life feel a little lighter. The content style is calm, relatable and story-driven — so I’m looking for someone who understands that editing is not just about transitions, but also about pacing, emotion and viewer retention.

What you’ll work on:
Instagram Reels and short-form videos
YouTube long-form videos
Captions, transitions and basic motion graphics
Improving pacing, storytelling and retention
Supporting thumbnails and maintaining a clean visual style

What I’m looking for:
Positive understanding of editing Reels and long-form videos
Solid sense of pacing, storytelling and retention
Basic understanding of Instagram and YouTube content




Ability to create clean, engaging edits without over-editing
Good visual sense
Proactive, reliable and open to feedback
Freshers can also apply if they are quick learners and genuinely interested in video editing/content creation

Work Details:

Location: Thatipur, Gwalior

Timing: 10 AM – 5 PM

5 days a week
