OVERVIEW
Join the Supply Chain team to develop inventory targets and recommendations for finished goods and semi-finished materials. You will use inventory optimization tools, supply chain knowledge, and analytics to improve service, inventory efficiency, and decision-making while partnering with stakeholders across the business. This role requires you to operate in 1.30 pm to 10.30 pm shift.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Lead the periodic refresh of inventory target recommendations using analytical and statistical tools.
Take initiative the Run process & Support process improvement




Analyze cycle-on-cycle changes and explain the key drivers behind inventory recommendations.
Support and navigate team members on data management, systems, and processes
Run scenarios, validate tool logic, and support inventory analytics, sustainability, and process-improvement initiatives.
Present data-driven recommendations and align stakeholders on inventory targets and actions.
Maintain data, reporting, process documentation, and onboarding materials to support consistent execution.
Identify and Support Process Improvement and Sustainability initiatives
Support business initiative from Inventory side
Share knowledge with cross-functional teams and contribute to continuous improvement.
Complete tasks, activities, and projects in a timely and effective manner. Communicate progress about projects with others to ensure overall alignment. Provide ideas and input to help team achieve greater resu
