The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and driving sales growth in the institutional segment.

Institutional Sales Achievement -Secondaryn
Recent Tender Acquisition and Rate Contract Management.n
Government and Corporate Hospital Empanelments.n
Understand the purchase process of Various Govt Institutes (i.e. Medical Colleges ,Defence, Railways , AIIMS,PSU and ESIC's ).n
Key Account Development and Relationship Management.n
Institutional Team Development and Performance Tracking.n
Coordination with Finance, SCM, and Product Teams for order execution.n
Cross-functional collaboration for recent product inclusion in tenders.n
Drive compliance and ensure ethical business practices.n

nRequirements:

MBA in Healthcare/Sales & Marketingn




8+ years of experience in medical devices sales, preferably in institutional salesn
Strong understanding of the Indian healthcare market and medical devices industryn
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsn
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsn
