Coordinate with Client for Detail Project Design Inputs, Clarification if anyn
Receive Design Inputs & clarification from Clientn




Submit Drawings to the Client for approvaln
Raise Indent & Float Enquiries to the Vendorsn
Receive offers from the vendors & do the Technical evaluationn
Forward to Purchase department for commercial negotiations and Placing ordersn
Co-ordinate with Purchase Team / Vendors for timely supply of materialn
Do Follow-up with Panel Builders & if required do visits for timely delivery of Paneln
Visit to Panel builder on completion of Panel manufacturing for QC verification and prepare Internal Inspection Reportn
Raise inspection call to Client & do FATn
Take dispatch clearance from Client/Consultantsn
Prepare Packing List & take acknowledgement from the vendor & submit to Purchase Team and Instruct to prepare Invoice and make arrangement for dispatch.n
