nThe ideal candidate should possess a solid design sensibility, technical understanding, and execution capability with the ability to manage luxury interior projects independently.
nKey responsibilities

Lead projects from concept development to final executionn
Prepare mood boards, layouts, space planning, and detailed design presentationsn
Coordinate with architects, consultants, vendors, and execution teamsn
Develop detailed drawings, material selections, and design specificationsn
Conduct site visits and ensure execution aligns with design intentn
Manage timelines, client coordination, and project deliverablesn
Ensure high standards of aesthetics, detailing, and luxury finishesn

nRequirement

5 to 13 years of experience in luxury interiorsn




Solid understanding of materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and stylingn
Experience in handling turnkey or high-end residential/hospitality projectsn
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and related design softwaren
Strong communication and coordination skillsn
Ability to work in a rapid-paced design settingn
