nAs a L2 resource of the Run team, he/she will possess technical expertise in :

n
SAN – HPE XP7/XP8, Primera, 3PARn
NAS – Dell PowerScale (formerly ISILON)n
Brocade SAN Fabricn
Storage Replication technologiesn
Storage failover/failback in Disaster Recovery operationsn
Basic working knowledge of Windows and Red Hat Operating Systems and storage-related software & configuration parametersn
Basic working knowledge of High-Availability solution – Microsoft Cluster Service and Veritas InfoScalen
Scripting / automation experiencen
Work with tools such as CyberArk (privileged access management), OMI suite (events/alerts management)n

nQualifications/Education Required:

Bachelor's degree or Master's degree holder in Computer Science or related disciplinen

nExperience Required:

8 - 12 years of relevant hands-on work experiencesn




Solution-focused with excellent problem solving and analytical skillsn
Ability to work in a versatile and constantly changing workplacen
Effective teamwork and collaborationn
Valuable oral and written communication skills in Englishn

nAs a L2 resource of the Run team, he/she is able to work in shift / weekend / Oncall support.

Shift timing, split in 4 different shifts, begins from Monday 04:30 IST and ends on Saturday approx. 00:30 IST.n
Oncall Support : To provide Oncall support services on rotational basis during operational off hours.n
Weekend Support : Mandatory to work on every 3rd Saturday of every monthn
Public Holiday Support : Paris (Client) Holidays will be followed as public holidaysn
