- Design and facilitate engaging behavioral, communication, and managerial skills programs.n
- Develop learning journeys, content, microlearning's and digital learning solutions.n
- Partner with business stakeholders to address capability needs.n
- Measure learning impact and continuously enhance learner experience.n
- Leverage AI and digital tools to deliver engaging, scalable learning experiences.n

nExpertise You'll Bring:

- Passionate about enabling people growth through impactful learning experiences and measurable behavior change.n
- 5-10 years of experience in behavioral, communication, or soft skills training.n
- Strong facilitation, presentation, and learner engagement skills.n
- Experience in instructional design, content development, and authoring tools like Articulate 360.n
- Ability to partner with stakeholders and translate business needs into learning solutions.n
- Experience measuring learning effectiveness and demonstrating business impact.n
- Familiarity with AI-enabled learning tools and platforms.n
- Certifications in psychometric assessments and experience with Assessment & Development Centres will be an added advantage.n
