Execute patch deployment across enterprise endpoints and serversn
Troubleshoot patch failures and compliance gapsn
Support monthly, emergency & out-of-band patch cyclesn
Track patch compliance, remediation and SLA statusn
Coordinate with infrastructure, endpoint security and vulnerability management teamsn
Maintain documentation,



reports and compliance evidencen

nRequirements
n
n
3–5 years of experience in Patch Management, Endpoint Management, Infrastructure Operations, or Cybersecurity Operationsn
Positive understanding of Windows/Linux/macOS patchingn
Knowledge of ITIL, Change Management and Incident Managementn
Robust troubleshooting, communication and coordination skillsn
Willingness to work USA hours from Hyderabadn

nEducation: Diploma/Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
