Roles and Responsibilities :-
Manage and develop relationships with assigned bank branches and branch staff.
Generate life insurance business through the bank's customer base.
Work closely with Branch Managers and Relationship Managers to achieve sales targets.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable life insurance products.
Drive lead generation, customer acquisition, cross-selling and upselling.
Conduct regular branch visits and support bank staff in generating quality business.
Provide product training and sales support to bank employees.
Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual business targets.
Ensure proper documentation, business quality and compliance with company/IRDAI guidelines.
