About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with solid hiring in Edtech experience. The ideal candidate should be able to manage end-to-end recruitment and understand the talent requirements of real estate organizations.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end non-IT recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals and other channels.
Screen and evaluate candidates based on role requirements.
Coordinate interviews and manage the selection process.
Maintain a robust candidate pipeline and achieve hiring targets.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment requirements.
Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Who Can Apply?
Minimum 1.5 years of experience in Non-IT Talent Acquisition.
Strong sourcing, screening and candidate-closing skills.




Good communication and negotiation abilities.
Candidates currently working with competitor EdTech companies are highly preferred.
