Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to join our Finance Sales Team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in sales and customer handling.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers regarding financial products/services.
Explain finance products and services clearly to customers.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable financial solutions.
Generate leads and convert potential customers into successful sales.
Follow up with customers regularly and maintain proper call records.
Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
Maintain professional communication and customer relationships.
Requirements
Valuable communication and convincing skills.
Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
Sales-oriented and target-driven attitude.
Basic knowledge of Hindi and English.
Freshers can apply.
Prior experience in telecalling, finance, banking, or sales will be an advantage.
