Key Responsibilities:
Job Summary

The Logistics Manager and Supervisor is responsible for managing daily load plans, hiring transports, dispatch and supply chains, update inventory, stock physically and in Tally, Barcoding of all stock, inward and outward load management, and activities to ensure accurate stock control, timely order fulfillment, and effective distribution.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, monitor, and control inventory levels across warehouses.
Maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP/inventory management system.
Conduct regular stock audits and physical inventory verification.
Monitor stock movement, including receipts, issues, transfers, and returns.
Ensure timely replenishment to prevent stock-outs and overstocking.
Coordinate with procurement, production, sales, warehouse, and logistics teams.
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
Plan and coordinate daily dispatch schedules to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.




Verify dispatch documentation and coordinate with transporters for on-time deliveries.
Monitor dispatch status and resolve delivery-related issues.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and dispatch reports.
Implement inventory control procedures and best practices.
Ensure proper storage, stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO), inventory security, and protected loading of goods.
Lead and supervise the inventory and dispatch team, providing training and ensuring compliance with company procedures.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in inventory, warehouse, or dispatch management.
Experience in the manufacturing industry wiil be an additional advantage.
