As an Employee Advocacy Partner, you will be a key member of the Employee Advocacy team, responsible for amplifying the employee voice, gathering insights, and supporting initiatives that enhance employee engagement and satisfaction. You will work closely with employees and business units to ensure a culture of trust, inclusivity, transparency, and continuous improvement along with the lead and HR teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Employee Listening & Engagement:
Facilitate one-on-one and group connects to gather feedback and build trust.
Maintain continuous feedback loops and escalate key insights to the Team Lead.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Collaborate with the Spadeworx team to maintain dashboards and analyze trends and create reports.
Identify patterns in employee feedback and suggest actionable insights.
Program Support:
Assist in the design and execution of cultural interventions based on BU context.
Support skip-level meetings and feedback sessions.
Help implement interventions in collaboration with BU and HR teams.
Advocacy & Communication:
Draft communication materials to share updates and outcomes of advocacy efforts.
Support internal employer branding initiatives.
Process Improvement:
Continuously evaluate and suggest improvements to employee listening channels and engagement processes.
