Nathu & Sons Jewellers is a trusted jewellery brand offering a wide range of Gold, Diamond, Polki, and Silver Jewellery. We are looking for motivated and customer-focused professionals to join our team as Customer Relationship Executives / Senior Sales Executives.

Job Responsibilities
Welcome customers and understand their jewellery requirements.
Handle customer enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Follow up with existing and potential customers and invite them to the showroom.
Build and maintain robust relationships with customers.
Assist customers in selecting suitable jewellery based on their preferences and budget.
Explain product details, designs, quality, pricing, offers, and promotions.
Achieve individual and team sales targets.
Maintain customer details and update records regularly.
Inform customers about recent collections, offers, exhibitions, and special events.
Coordinate with the showroom and sales team to ensure a smooth customer experience.




Handle customer feedback and provide appropriate support.
Maintain a professional and positive showroom setting.

Requirements
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Previous experience in jewellery sales or customer relationship management is preferred.
Knowledge of Gold, Diamond, Polki, and Silver Jewellery will be an advantage.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp, and customer database management.
Target-oriented, confident, and presentable.
Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Freshers with valuable communication and a positive attitude may also apply.
