Job Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.
Explain company products and services clearly to prospects.
Follow up with interested customers and schedule meetings.
Maintain and update customer records in CRM/Excel.
Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.
Requirements:
Positive communication skills in Hindi, English, and Bengali.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, etc.).
Positive attitude and confidence in speaking with customers.
Ability to work in a target-oriented workplace.
Freshers are welcome; prior telecalling experience is a plus.
