About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Framer & Figma expert to join our team. The ideal candidate should have robust experience in designing and developing contemporary, responsive websites, with the ability to convert Figma designs into high-quality Framer builds.

This role requires someone who understands both design and development, and can execute clean, conversion-focused web experiences.

Key Responsibilities
Convert Figma designs into fully functional Framer websites
Build responsive, high-performance websites in Framer
Create and maintain design systems in Figma
Collaborate with internal team members and clients
Optimize layouts for performance, UX, and accessibility
Handle website updates and refinements

Required Skills & Experience
2–3 years of experience in web design and development
Robust expertise in Framer
Strong expertise in Figma
Proven ability to convert Figma designs to Framer accurately
Experience with WordPress
Experience with Shopify
Positive understanding of responsive design principles
Knowledge of CMS setup and dynamic content




Strong attention to detail and layout consistency

Nice to Have
Experience with animations and micro-interactions
Basic knowledge of SEO best practices
Understanding of performance optimization
Experience working in a quick-paced environment

Requirements
Must provide a strong portfolio showcasing:
Framer projects
Figma design work
Figma-to-Framer conversions
Strong communication skills
Ability to meet deadlines
