Job Title: Customer Care Executive
Green Evo Tech Private Limited is looking for a Customer Care Executive to handle customer enquiries, service coordination, and follow-ups.
Responsibilities:
Handle customer calls and enquiries
Record and update customer requests
Follow up on service requests and schedules
Coordinate with internal teams for customer requirements
Maintain customer records and feedback
Support day-to-day customer care activities
Preferred Qualification: Any Degree / BBA / B.Com or related qualification
Skills: Good Malayalam communication, basic English, customer handling, computer knowledge, and basic MS Office skills
Location: Ernakulam, Kerala
