Key Responsibilities
Counsel students (walk-ins, calls, website leads, social media inquiries)
Understand student background (B.Tech, BCA, Diploma, Job seeker, etc.)
Suggest suitable IT / software training programs
Explain course content, duration, fees, certifications, and placement support
Follow up with leads and convert them into admissions
Maintain student database & CRM records
Coordinate with trainers and placement team
Achieve monthly admission targets
Required Skills
Positive communication skills (Hindi & English)
Basic knowledge of IT courses (Python, Java, Cloud, Data Science, etc.)
Sales & convincing ability
Confidence in handling student queries
Basic computer & CRM knowledge
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
