Responsibilities
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products.
Explain features and arrange online product demonstrations.
Follow up with leads and support deal closure.
Assist with invoicing and payment/collection follow-ups.
Maintain customer details and activities in CRM.
Build positive customer relationships and achieve assigned targets.
Requirements
Any Graduate with positive communication skills.
Basic knowledge of Tally, MS Excel and MS Word.
Candidates from Customer Service, Customer Support, BPO, Telecalling, Inside Sales .
Valuable convincing, follow-up and interpersonal skills.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
