Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at the site.
Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and instructions.
Coordinate with workers, contractors, engineers, and office staff.
Monitor labour attendance, productivity, and work progress.
Check the quality of construction work and materials used.
Ensure proper use of materials and minimize wastage.
Maintain daily site reports and work progress updates.
Ensure safety and cleanliness at the construction site.
Identify site issues and report them to the management/engineer.
Coordinate and complete assigned work within the planned schedule.

Requirements:
Previous experience as a Site Supervisor in construction is preferred.
Knowledge of basic construction works and materials.
Ability to manage workers and coordinate site activities.
Positive communication and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel to construction sites.
Freshers with basic construction knowledge may also apply.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
