Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Telecalling Team Leader to manage, guide, and support our telecalling team. The ideal candidate should have robust leadership skills, target-oriented mindset, and the ability to improve team performance.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of telecallers
Monitor daily calling activities and performance
Ensure team achieves targets
Train, mentor, and motivate team members
Handle escalated customer calls when required
Maintain call quality and ensure proper communication standards
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports
Coordinate with management for strategy and improvements

Requirements:
Positive communication and interpersonal skills
Robust problem-solving ability
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
