About the Role
We are seeking a proactive Relationship Manager to join our team across multiple locations including Thane, Turbhe, Bhayandar, Ahilyanagar, Sangamner, Mahad, and Narayangaon. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining solid customer relationships, driving business growth, and ensuring high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities
Acquire and manage customer relationships.
Generate business through various sourcing channels.
Ensure excellent customer service and support.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing and disbursement.
Achieve business and portfolio quality objectives.
Manage and follow up on customer collections to ensure timely repayments.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in Sales, Lending, or Relationship Management.
Experience in BFSI, NBFC, Banking, or Financial Services.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused approach.
Ability to work effectively in a target-driven setting.
Proven relationship-building and problem-solving skills.
