Job Description

We are hiring an experienced Sr. Operations Manager to manage and oversee non-voice legal due diligence processes. The candidate will be responsible for team management, SLA adherence, quality control, and client coordination to ensure smooth and effective operations.
Lead non-voice legal due diligence operations and service delivery
Ensure adherence to SLA, TAT, quality, and productivity targets
Manage, coach, and develop Team Leaders/Floor Supervisors/Associates
Review operational performance through MIS and dashboards
Manage client communication and operational escalations
Drive process improvement and operational efficiency




Ensure compliance with data security and confidentiality standards
Coordinate with HR, Engineering, Training and QC team

Mandatory Key Skills :
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in operations management
Proven leadership with experience in managing large teams
Good knowledge of legal due diligence processes and documentation, with exposure to Real Estate / Land & Property Laws
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and MIS reporting tools
Excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills

Pay: ₹550,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
