We are looking for a energetic Recruitment Specialist (Individual Contributor) to support the hiring needs of our rapidly growing New Projects Vertical. The ideal candidate should have experience in aggressive, high-volume hiring within rapid-paced organizations, with a robust ability to independently manage recruitment mandates and deliver against ambitious hiring targets. Prior experience in sales hiring will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for volume and niche hiring across multiple business functions.
Execute hiring strategies to support aggressive business growth and project expansion.
Drive high-volume recruitment through walk-in drives, virtual hiring events, job fairs, referral campaigns, and other sourcing initiatives.
Source, screen, interview, and coordinate candidates while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.




Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and deliver timely closures.
Maintain talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles through proactive sourcing and market mapping.
Track recruitment metrics, maintain hiring dashboards, and provide regular recruitment updates to stakeholders.
Continuously improve hiring processes, sourcing channels, and recruitment efficiency.
