Role Overview

We are looking for experienced finance professionals to join our FP&A; / Finance Business Partnering team. The role involves financial planning, business partnering, performance analysis, forecasting, and management reporting while working closely with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.

· Drive P&L; management and variance analysis.

· Prepare financial models and business performance reports.

· Support commercial finance and strategic decision-making.

· Prepare MIS and management reporting dashboards.

· Partner with business stakeholders to deliver financial insights.

· Analyze business performance and identify key trends and opportunities.

· Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

Candidate Profile

· Graduate in any discipline.

· 8–20 years of relevant experience in FP&A;, Business Finance, Commercial Finance, or Finance Business Partnering.

· Robust analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

· Candidates willing to relocate to Gurugram can apply.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
