We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to manage shipment scanning and dispatch-related records for e-commerce marketplaces such as Flipkart, Meesho, Amazon, and other platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Scan shipments in our software before dispatch.
Verify shipment IDs, tracking numbers, SKUs, quantities, and order details.
Ensure that all shipments are correctly scanned and recorded.
Prepare and maintain dispatch, manifest, and shipment reports.
Generate and verify marketplace manifests before handing over shipments to logistics partners.
Identify duplicate, missing, or incorrect shipment details and report them immediately.
Maintain proper daily records of scanned and dispatched shipments.
Coordinate with the packing and dispatch teams.
Ensure accuracy and timely completion of all assigned work.

Candidate Requirements




Basic computer knowledge is required.
Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets will be preferred.
Valuable typing speed and attention to detail.
Ability to work accurately with shipment and order data.
Knowledge of Flipkart, Meesho, or Amazon seller operations will be an advantage.
Candidates should be punctual, responsible, and willing to learn.
Freshers are welcome to apply. Training will be provided.
