Position: Junior BDM / SDR – ServiceNow & Salesforce

Experience: 0–2 Years
Qualification: MBA – Marketing / Sales / Business Development preferred

Responsibilities:
Identify and research B2B prospects and target accounts.
Generate leads through LinkedIn, email, calling and online research.
Support ServiceNow & Salesforce business development activities.
Schedule qualified meetings for Senior BDM.
Follow up with prospects and maintain CRM.
Research CIO, CTO, IT Head and other decision-makers.
Support ABM and industry-focused campaigns.
Assist with proposals, presentations and sales collateral.

Skills:
Good communication and English.
B2B sales and lead-generation mindset.
LinkedIn & email outreach.
Basic understanding of IT/technology services.
ServiceNow/Salesforce knowledge is a plus.
Target-oriented with strong follow-up skills.

KPIs: Leads generated, qualified meetings, opportunities and pipeline contribution.

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
