Job Overview

We are looking for a data-driven and energetic Growth & Performance Marketing Specialist who can manage performance campaigns while coordinating creative execution and project deliverables.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other digital channels.
Drive customer acquisition, improve ROAS, and optimize CAC.
Create campaign roadmaps and creative briefs, and coordinate with designers, copywriters, and developers.
Track campaign performance, conduct A/B testing, and prepare actionable reports.
Work on landing page improvements, user journeys, and CRO initiatives.
Manage campaign timelines, tasks, and deliverables to ensure timely execution.

Requirements
Fresher to 4 years of relevant experience.
Robust analytical ability and willingness to learn.
Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, pixel setup, and conversion tracking.
Solid organizational and problem-solving skills.
Valuable communication and ability to work under deadlines.
Familiarity with ClickUp, Asana, Trello, or Excel-based project tracking is preferred.

Pay: ₹350,000.74 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
