Experience: 1+ Year in Telecalling / Customer Relationship / Sales
Job Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls and respond to customer enquiries.
Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into appointments.
Explain aesthetic, skin & hair treatments and offers to clients.
Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and potential customers.
Coordinate appointments and maintain accurate customer records.
Achieve monthly calling, appointment and conversion targets.
Provide excellent customer service and build robust client relationships.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
Excellent Malayalam communication skills; English is an advantage.
Confident, friendly and persuasive communication.
