We are looking for dynamic and detail-oriented Civil Engineering graduates to join our team as Project Management Apprentice. In this role, you will work closely with the Project Manager and gain hands-on exposure to in office execution, planning, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities
Assist the Project Lead/Manager in supervising civil works and site activities
Monitor daily progress and ensure quality standards are maintained
Support planning and coordination of site activities, considering project timelines and dependencies
Conduct quantity take-offs and assist in measurement of executed work based on drawings
Prepare and maintain reports including weekly updates, look-ahead plans, and vendor trackers




Assist in maintaining documentation such as joint measurement sheets and invoices
Support the implementation and effective use of project management tools like Procore

Required Skills and competencies
Solid understanding of civil engineering fundamentals
Basic knowledge of construction drawings and site execution
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in MS Excel and willingness to learn new tools
Robust communication and coordination abilities

Location: Gurgaon

Tenure: 12 Months

Stipend: 15000 per month

Qualification: B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Experience: Fresher
