Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound investor/customer calls.
Explain real estate investment opportunities clearly.
Sell plots and real estate investment products.
Follow up with leads regularly and professionally.
Convert interested customers into site visits.
Coordinate and support site visit conversion.
Handle customer objections and negotiate confidently.
Maintain CRM updates and lead tracking properly.
Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
Build trust with investors and high-intent customers.

Must-Have Skills
Minimum 3 years of sales experience.
Real estate sales experience is required.
Solid Hindi and English communication skills.
Positive calling and follow-up discipline.
Robust negotiation and objection-handling ability.
Confidence in speaking with investors and responsible buyers.
Target-driven mindset.
Basic CRM or lead tracking discipline.
Ability to explain real estate investment opportunities clearly.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
