We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as an AutoCAD Draftsman & Civil Site Executive. This role offers a unique prospect to combine technical drafting skills with on-site project execution and supervision.
Key Responsibilities
Drafting:
Prepare accurate 2D civil and structural drawings using AutoCAD.
Revise and update drawings based on engineer/client comments.
Create General Arrangement (GA) drawings, layout drawings, sections, elevations, and detailing.
Maintain drawing records and ensure document control.
Site Execution:
Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams.
Monitor work quality, safety, and progress as per project schedules.
Verify measurements and maintain daily site reports.
Ensure execution is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
Project Support:
Coordinate with project engineers and site teams for drawing updates.
Assist in quantity estimation and preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQs) where required.
Assist in billing,
quantity verification, and material management.
Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and standards.
Qualifications & Experience
Education: Diploma in Civil Engineering, B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering, or ITI (Civil Draftsman) with relevant AutoCAD skills.
Experience: 3–5 years of relevant experience is preferred. Freshers with solid AutoCAD knowledge are also encouraged to apply.
Required Skills
Mandatory proficiency in AutoCAD.
Good understanding of civil and structural drawings.
Familiarity with MS Office (Excel and Word).
Ability to read engineering drawings and coordinate effectively with project teams.
Valuable communication and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of Civil 3D, MicroStation, or Revit is an added advantage.
Previous site execution experience in residential, commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
