Assess and continuously monitor the patient’s physical and neurological condition.
Monitor BP, pulse, temperature, respiratory rate, and SpO₂ regularly.
Administer medications and treatments according to the physician’s orders.
Provide care for ventilator, tracheostomy, oxygen, and suctioning needs as required.
Manage Ryle’s tube/PEG feeding and maintain proper nutritional support.
Provide catheter care and monitor urine output and fluid balance.
Perform wound dressing, pressure-sore prevention, and skin care.
Maintain proper infection-control, aseptic techniques, and patient safety.
Identify changes in the patient’s condition and report them promptly to the doctor.
Educate and support family members regarding patient care and emergency procedures.
