Key Responsibilities

Access Control: Monitor entry points,

Patrol & Surveillance: Conduct routine patrols of the premises and monitor CCTV systems to identify anomalies or suspicious behavior.

Emergency Response: Act as first responders during alarms, fires, or medical situations, and coordinate with local law enforcement or medical teams.

Incident Reporting: Document daily activities, security breaches, and suspicious occurrences in detailed incident logs.

Enforcement & De-escalation: Enforce property rules, prevent trespassing, and handle disputes using conflict-resolution techniques.

Qualifications & Requirements

Physical Fitness: Ability to stand for long periods, walk for extensive patrols, and occasionally apprehend violators.

Soft Skills: Excellent observation, quick decision-making, and solid communication skills for interacting with the public.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
